Flashbacks? feedback pls

I am currently at a friend's house. All was well until I looked down at my hand. There was a strange black dot in the middle of my palm, which appeared to be a splinter outside of my hand, but when closer examined, it appeared to still be under the surface of my Skin. I tried to show my friend, but she insisted that there was nothing there. I am very concerned because if she can't see it, is it even there? It has been a few days since I slept, so is it possible that I could be hallucinating? I felt it clear as day as I poked it with a tweezer. However, I got aggravated as my skin would not break from these tweezers. How did this tiny being get under my skin without breaking the surface? I know that it was completely under the surface and I am confused as to how this could have happened within the past ten minutes. And he was not there before. I am just very confused and I have sorted out many different options. I could be completely right and there is simply some sort of creation that is trying to take over my body, I could be very sleep depribed (please refer to previous stories), I could be having flashbacks to my trippy radford days, or it be a splinter, which is highly unlikely given the lack of broken skin. I would appreciate any comments and suggestions as to what this could be. I need all the feedback I can get to help me understand what is going on. Please respond <4
