Overweight and Under estimated Today has been a rough day. I have insurance through my work, but it's getting so expensive it's unreal so I have been searching for something a little more affordable. I thought I finally found the perfect plan so I applied only to find out I was declined. The reason for decline...my weight.. They say for my height (5'7) I should be 240 or under. [[sigh]] I haven't been 240 in a long time...So I'm stuck with my employer's expensive-ass insurance..for now. It's just getting to be one thing after another. I am 8 days late w/my period. I'd like to think I'm pregnant, but since I'm so heavy, I'm sure it's just a late one like all my abnormal cycles... I am SO tired of it being irregular, and worse yet, I'm so nervous that I'll never be able to get pregnant because of my weight. It makes me sad because I want to become pregnant so badly, and so does my bf. We have talked about it several times. I know we'll be great parents. He's such an amazing guy and he tells me everyday he loves me for who I am. He tells me our time will come and that we'll work out together if I want but he works all day, 12-13 hour days and when he gets home, he's too tired to do anything. Plus he's in good shape and his job is a workout all on it's own so I know he doesn't have a desire to go work out after his long work days... So I know what most of you are thinking, "so lose weight!" yeah.. I know right [[lol]] I wish it was that easy. I need to do something but I just don't know what, when or how! I love to watch the new show Extreme makeover Body edition but those people have like 5-7 hours of training a day to lose their weight. What ordinary, everyday living person has that opportunity and free time? Nobody..so finding a time is like impossible! Being a full-time college student and full-time employee, plus spending time w/my bf and volunteering at a local hospital, I don't have a free 6 hrs a day to work out! I have tried everything in the book from weight watchers, to kickboxing. In fact, just recently I applied in a local radio contest to win free lap band surgery and out of over 900+ applications I was chosen in the top 100, unfortunately, I didn't make it in the next round... so I guess I'm on my own again! I need to figure out a plan, any ideas?
Below I have included a full body picture of myself (right) with my cousin suprisingly I found one, because I tend to cut my body out of pictures :/Sx3.Layouts
