Terrible
So on Tuesday I took Ezra to the ER. I thought he had a spider bite on his belly. But it wasn't a spider bite. He has an abscess on his belly. They said he could have gotten it anywhere/from anything. But they put him on anti biotics and an ointment. It's already looking better.
But then me and him both had check ups yesterday. They tried to diagnose my shoulder with bursitis. They put me on anti-inflammatory after I told them not to cause I've been on several and it doesn't work. It doesn't even slightly take the pain away. He was also talking about doing injections (OUCH), or surgery. I also was prescribed Chantix cause I'm just so ready to quit smoking. 10 years is a long time and I'm scared to make that change, but it's time. I've took it yesterday and today. Both days I have been so nausea. But other than that, I'm good.
Ezra had his check up yesterday. He's in the 25% for height and weight. (Only weighs 32 pounds lol). But he has developed "Hammer Toes", but it's not bad. Just the 2nd toe overlaps the 3rd one and they both have a curve it in, but it's on both feet. If he starts complaining with his feet, he has to have Electric Sock Therapy.
Then they listened to him and all that good stuff. I was told that he has developed a heart murmur. Of course no parents wants to hear about their babies heart in any negative way, no matter how common it is. They couldn't tell me if it was serious, or if it's no big deal. I think what freaked me out the most is when they told me that if he complains with his chest any he has to go to ER, and the fact that they had to write me a note to take him to the dentist....that's when I just broke down. I know it's common, but at the same time I have no idea how severe it is, and that's what scared me. What if he has had all these symptoms, but I've just looked over them.
I feel like a crap mom. UGH!!
