Hey guys so currently I have lost 9.4lbs. I just have to lost .6lbs more until I am at my first milestone. I try to break it up into 10lbs increments so it doesn't feel so overwhelming to say that I am losing 10lbs. I can definitely tell that I lost weight in my boobs and on my stomach. I used to have like pockets of fat under my boobs, sounds kind of gross lol but I don't know how else to explain it, and my bra would sometimes dig into those. Those are pretty much gone, my stomach looks smaller too. Sometimes I just want to eat, and eat and I don't know why either. I just need to drink water or something to get my mind off of it and still have something in my mouth, and tummy. I also just got a job, and so I will have to work that into my working out and stuff like that. It will suck though cause I work in fast food, but I can't eat there because I need to lose 50lbs by the summer, well 40lbs now. 40 sounds like so much less than 50, even though it's only 10lbs. For some reason 50lbs sounds so overwhelming and like it's impossible, but 40 doesn't. It's just motivating to keep going onto the other milestone, until I am at the last and 5th one. That's my first big goal, after the 50 I want to lose 20-30lbs more depending on what my pant size is.
