Yesterday was a fail day haha. I had so much going on, I didn't keep up with my calories or what I was eating and I was bad and had KFC for dinner, along with an A&W rootbeer cause they were in the same building. Oh well though, I'm not going to dwell on it because today is a new day to make smart choices. =]
So here is what I ate today:
For lunch: (I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast. Which I know is bad, but I woke up so late I just had something for lunch because breakfast stuff didn't sound appealing. I did eat almost right after I woke up though.)
I had 12 pizza rolls and a pepsi.
For Dinner:
I had Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Whiskey Steak which was delicious, and a donut lol.
I am also having a pepsi later on tonight because I work until 11, and I need the caffeine to stay awake.
I had a bottle of water, and am working on my second one.
My calorie intake according to sparkpeople.com (Including the 2nd pepsi I haven't had yet.) is 1,240. Which is good. My range is 1200-1500 so I am doing pretty good for today. I plan on getting in a little bit of exercise tonight after work, we will see how tired I am but I want to get at least 20 minutes.
I feel really good and motivated to start this thing and keep with it. I was reading shape magazine earlier today, and that thing motivates me like no other. I love that magazine, I wish they made more than one a month lol.
Well that is my update for today. Thank you all for the lovely comments, I am too busy to get back to you all. I got so many comments on my last entry, and I will pretend it's not just for the bloop points. =] So I will talk to you tomorrow. =]
