Sorry no video update this week either, I have been way to busy to make a video update, but I will try and make next week! Sorry! I like making video updates better than writing because when I write I seem to write forever!
GRR so I weighed myself yesterday morning and found out that I gained 7 pounds. I think it's just water weight. I have been eating a lot of pretzels and baked chips for snacks. I love salty foods, and crunchy foods so I have been eating pretzels especially because they are really low in calories. So I don't know how to get rid of 'water weight' I do feel a little bloated. I am taking birth control pills and I skip the sugar pills, don't take them at all and just go onto a new pack of pills because I do not want my period. So I know I'm not bloated because of my period, or about to start my period. So I am drinking a lot more water, which is good for me. I have my nifty water bottle from camelbak that I love. I think it's so innovative it seriously makes me drink more water lol. So I have no idea about my weight today and it's seriously annoying me. I didn't want to weigh myself this morning because then it would just annoy me even more.
So today is the day that I am getting back into the swing of things, and charting what I eat on my itouch. Also I found my workout sports bra. I have other sports bras, but I feel like this one supports me the most so I am not flopping my boobs all around. So tonight I plan on doing my wii trainer thing. I don't remember the name lol. Then maybe I'll do my elliptical, we will see. =] |
