Sorry I haven't been updating, I just got back from vacation a little over a week ago, and then I moved and so life has been hectic. We do not have internet at home, and will not for about another week. I like to record videos, because I have so many thoughts about weight loss going on in my head that it's easier to vlog about them, than try to write them out. I only have the internet at my mom's, or at work. The internet connection at work is as slow as molasses, and I think that it would take me the 8 hours that I'm working just to upload it. So until next week there will not be a vlog. Anyways, my vacation was to New York. I felt like I lost a lot of weight there, I tried to eat somewhat healthy but that is hard when you're on vacation and eating out everyday. There was this amazing cafe right by my hotel, that made the best salads. I ate quite a few of those during my trip. We walked around a lot, since it was NYC, and that is the best way to get around. I'm not sure exactly how much weight I lost, but I could see it in my face, and the way clothes fit. Unfortunately, my body was still on vacation and I have been eating like crap. It doesn't help that I am so freakin' broke and so I haven't been eating what I normally eat. I am going to try to eat better during the time until next pay day, but if not I will at least exercise. Our new house has hardwood floors in the living room and dining room, so I will be working out there. That way my elliptical will be more stable, and I won't feel like I am about to fall over all the time. I don't know how much I weigh at the moment, our scale is packed away and I can't find it.
Well this entry is definitely all over the place, so I am going to go to end it here and get to sleep. I have a big day ahead of me tomorrow. I will TTYL! |
