So I have lost 14lbs so far. I really want to lose 6lbs more before I go out for my 22nd birthday. Then I would have lost 20lbs by then. I think I can do it. I am almost in a size 12, they fit me but they're really tight.
Anyways, onto the title. I've noticed little things since losing this weight. First off is that I am ticklish again. I never realized that gaining weight would stop me from being ticklish but I guess so. I can also walk so much better, and of course my clothes fit better. When I stand for long periods of time my feet doesn't hurt as much. My confidence level is through the roof. I seriously don't want to let this feeling go. I will never let myself get this much out of control either. I am really learning how to eat properly too. I noticed that my appetite is pretty much gone, and it's hard to make myself eat though. I need to eat more though because I think my metabolism is getting slower and so I am losing weight slower.
