So I got some things to help me work out and eat better. I am not going to work out tonight, just for the fact that it is the 2nd day of the quarter and I feel like school is already kicking my ass. I already have a quiz tomorrow, so tonight I am going to study up on that. I already finished my english stuff for today, so that is good. I don't have anything due in math yet, but I know I'll have homework tomorrow night. Tomorrow I will bring my gym bag with me, so I can just go straight to the gym after school. I was going to do that today, but I forgot. I also bought me a thermal lunch bag, with one of those frozen ice things. So I can bring a sandwich to eat after school, and not get sick when I work out, or feel tempted to get something fast food or unhealthy. I am not used to waking up so early, so I am exhausted right now, but I am going to go study so I can go to sleep early tonight. So this is just an update, and tomorrow I plan on going grocery shopping and getting healthy food! Also, have to remember to weigh myself tomorrow, to see how much I have gained.
