So I just wanted to post this video, and also update a bit.
Today I feel like crap. Just because I ate so crappy last night. I shouldn't feel so down on myself though, I mean everyone can indulge now and then. I also only exercised for like 4 minutes too lol. I just didn't feel like doing it. I wasn't in my element to exercise. I like to have my TV on and stuff like that. I think I am also going to get some more hydroxycut max, cause that just makes me want to exercise. When I took those it was so problem to exercise for an hour. I also didn't have my cable on but it's on today so I will exercise tonight after work to Ugly Betty. =] I couldn't get my DVR to work either so I just didn't feel like doing anything lol.

LOL it may seem that way but if you do research, you will see there are much better methods to losing the weight. most people who use any kind of dietary aid(pills, shots, etc...) they usually lose a good bit of weight but once they stop with the pills, they usually gain it all back! Portion control and lots of water! Good luck!
