A Love Poem

FRIDAY

Love
Love can happen between friends,
Making awkward moments and fidgety movements.
When all of a sudden, you stop with the pretends,
And your relationship begins with the improvements.

Love can happen between complete strangers,
You smile shyly and wonders if he feels the zing too.
The next thing you know, you guys are phone number exchangers,
Calling each other in the morning at two.

Love can happen between the wrong people,
You think he's gorgeous and he seems to think you are too,
But really, he's a heart-breaker and the thing to do is quite simple,
Break up with him before he breaks you.

Oh, love,
It can be confusing, it can be hurtful,
But of all of the above,
It's simply quite wonderful."

I...wanted to write another poem (and a rhyming one this time) so I searched for a layout to inspire me this time. I don't know, I guess I had a love theme on mind and so I searched for a layout involving layout. This one is perfect. Also, I have to admit, I found the rhyming part extremely difficult and sort of cheated...I went to Rhymes.net and searched for most of the rhymes. It makes me feel as though this poem didn't come from me (it does, though). Derp. :T
