A Movie, A Story, And A Good InfluenceFRIDAY

Hey Bloopers!
I just want to keep writing more and more entries. Y'know, like when I first started this Journal. Also, I really need to talk more about topics that you (*ahem*) adults agree on since I noticed I usually get only one comment nowadays or occassionally two.
I watched Rise of the Guardians just now and it was freakin' awesome and amazing! I love the Easter Bunny the best! He is just so cool and kind of bad-ass (but not quite)! His accent sounds Australian too. I think that 'cause it kinds of sounds familiar similar (I keep mixing up "familiar" with "similar"...well, they do sound similar, don't they! ) with Sniper's voice in TF2 - and Sniper is an Australian. Well, no wonder Jack Frost 'thought' that he was kangaroo!
So I did some of my homework just now with Honeybee on the phone. Now, this is why I call her a good influence. I've only done my Science homework and half of my Maths homework. Now I only have to do the other half of my Maths homework, my Nahu homework, and...translate my Tarbiyah-Arabic... *Buries my head in my hands* Ustaz Sterling (my Tarbiyah-Arabic teacher, let's call him that) sure did give us a lot of translation to do this time. e.e
" 'There! That should be enough!' said Jasmine, as she looked into her basket. Ten roses, three sunflowers, and six jasmines lay in the basket. Jasmine breathed in the mixed sweet fragrance of the flowers. She loved flowers and planned to be a botanist when she grew up.
After entering her house, she went straight to the kitchen and managed to find two porcelain vases and five plastic vases. She put the roses into the plastic vases, two each, fetched a jug of used water that was left from her mom's laundry - she was taught to save water - and poured a little into each vase. She proceeded to do the same with the jasmines, except that she put them into the porcelain vases. As for the sunflowers, she went to her younger sister's room and knocked on her door, sunflowers in hand. The door opened and Jamie, her sister, smiled when she saw the sunflowers. She thanked Jasmine and grabbed the sunflowers from her hand, Jasmine flinching as she did so. Jamie did not care much about the flowers. What she wanted to do with the sunflowers was to hang them at the window with a piece of string and watch the birds come and eat the seeds in the sunflowers' heads. Jasmine walked back to the kitchen and decided to place the vases where she wanted them to be. She put a plastic vase behind the sink, one in the middle of the table of the living room, another by the window, placed a vase on the bookshelf and finally put the last one on the chest-of-drawers in her mother's bedroom. She knew that her mother loved roses and would be delighted to see them when she came back home from work. Jasmine liked brightening up the house with flowers. She returned to the kitchen and took up the porcelain vases. She intended to place them in her room. However, as she passed by her older brother's room, the door was slightly ajar and being a curious girl, she peeked in. To her amazement, she saw her brother, Felix, looking at himself in the mirror, flexing his muscles.
'Oh, I. Am. Beautiful!' he said as he bent his head to kiss his right arm. As he did so, he noticed two big, brown eyes looking at him from the door. He immediately lowered his arms and scowled at Jasmine.
'How long have you been there?' he snapped.
'Long enough!' she grinned and went on her way to her bedroom.
She placed one vase on her bedside table and the other on her study table. After doing so, she decided to fix herself a snack. She headed towards the kitchen once more and took out a tin of sugar cookies. She looked at them thoughtfully. Her mother worked as a baker so she sometimes decided to show off her skills at home. Jasmine knew there was some sugar icing in the cupboard.
'Oh well. Why not?' she thought as she opened the cupboard and took out pink, blue, and purple sugar icing. She began icing the cookies.
Ten minutes later, Jasmine entered her room and flopped down onto her bed.
'Well, that was delicious,' she thought, licking her lips. She got up.
'Now what shall I do?' she wondered. She began walking to the door of her bedroom but she tripped over her own feet and came crashing down. Instead of hitting the floorboards, she crashed straight through them and fell down, down, down..."
*Shrugs* I had this girl in my mind for some time now and she wouldn't leave so I decided to share her story. Her full name is Jasmine Flora Carter and she is a dark girl. By dark, I mean dark-coloured. She's friendly, fun, loves flowers, and is usually a peacemaker. Her brother? His full name is Felix James Carter and he has fair skin. He has blond hair which is super soft (like a bunny!). He has good looks and most girls fall for him. He looks cute. :3 But, his attitude is a bit like Scout's (from TF2), though. But only slightly. He is quiet by nature, but once you get him talking, he'll open up more. In most situations where everybody will panic, he will stay calm and do sensible actions. However, if he is alone with a mirror, he cannot help but admire his own self. As for Jamie, her full name is Jamie Rose Carter. I don't know much about her personality yet. I know that she has freckles, and she wears her bright red hair in pigtails. That, and she loves animals. Especially birds. She has some kind of magic with them (just like Philip has in Enid Blyton's Adventure Series).
That was what my brain suddenly came up with. I don't know, it could be one of my lame ideas again. I hope I do get feedback, though.
Anyway, I've finished reading Dork Diaries: Pop Star and read You're The Best!, which is a collection of stories about friendship selected by Belinda Hollyer. Am now reading The Adventures Of The Wishing-Chair by Enid Blyton. :3
Hope you had a creative day, everyone.
