GoodReads And The Continuation Of My Story (Haven't Decided Title Yet)
Hi people!

So I've tried GoodReads but it's kind of complicated and I'm not sure how to use it. But, I discovered (when customizing my profile) that only people who are born before 2000 are permitted to have an account there. ಠ_ಠ Also, I think that most of the stories in Tales of the Unexpected have been read by me already. (≧ω≦ ) And I've read 8 out of 19 stories in Someone Like You already. LOL.

"Without thinking, I turned myself visible. Everybody stared at me. 'Darn it,' I muttered. I turned and ran, not stopping even though they were yelling stuff like, 'WAIT!', ' 'OLD ON!' I ran down to the Intel room. I bumped into the Blu Engineer. Without stopping, I turned and opened the door to the closet. I took a deep breath and ran inside. I closed my eyes and hoped that the dream scene would change.

I opened my eyes. To my surprise, I was in the closet. Still in the TF2 world. 'Dammit, subconscious, you sure know how to surprise me,' I muttered. I heard footsteps. 'Where did she go?' said a voice that sounded very much like Blu Spy. There was silence. I held my breath. I'd pulled the door shut when I ran in. The door suddenly flew open. The Blu Spy looked in. 'See ya,' I said, and I jumped up. There was hatch above me and when I jumped up, I went through it. I crawled a bit and found the hole to a secret room I knew was here. But I waited a bit. I decided to call my subconscious. 'Psst! Hey, sub! Come 'ere from wherever you are!' I whispered loudly. The snowy white bird appeared again. 'Had fun?' she smirked (or at least she did her best to smirk with her beak). 'Not really,' I said, 'But it sure was thrilling! Why did you put me in this place, anyway?' 'Excuse me?' she frowned, 'I'm your subconscious. I know your deepest sercets, interests, and wants. I know that you want to be here, even though, you're not sure what to do at the moment. But I could tell you what to do, though.' 'What?' I asked. 'Show yourself,' she said, and with that, she flew away. At first, I felt puzzled. But it soon dawned on me that she was saying that I should show myself. 'Well,' I thought, 'Worth a shot, right? After all, she is my subconscious. She's me. She should know.' I crept back to the hatch and opened it catiously. Nobody was in the closet. I jumped down and the hatch banged shut. I flinched. Nobody opened the door of the closet. I opened the door a tiny bit and peeked out. Nobody was there either. But I wasn't stupid. I knew they were almost certainly hiding somewhere, ready to catch me when I come out. I sighed. 'Well, that would be the best way to introduce myself, LOL,' I thought to myself (I have a habit of saying 'lol' instead of actually laughing in real life, unless the thing I think is funny is REALLY, super duper uber funny). I stepped out. Nothing happened. I walked a little. I sneezed (not on purpose). Nothing happened. 'Weird,' I said aloud. Then I felt a pair of hands grab me from behind, one of them gloved, I recognised these hands and I realised Engie had grabbed me. Now he pinned my arms to my sides. 'OK, not so weird now,' I said. The Blu Spy stepped in front of me. ' 'O are you?' asked the Blu Spy. 'Somebody that you don't know,' I joked."

I think I might have used up all my Inspiration for this story for today. Maybe I'll continue the other story. You know, the one with Georgina and the old house her parents rented for the summer? I might continue that.

Hope you had an awesome day, everyone. ^u^

P.S. Think I'll upload a panel of the TF2 fancomic that Kytri drew. Has Blu Spy (Jordi), Red Spy (Gabry), and Blu Sniper (Liam) in it. :3 Is called "Cuanta Vida - Why So Tense?".

The point of my entry was that people who create those memes are basically emotionally blackmailing people into clicking 'like' or sharing the meme, by saying that people who don't share the meme don't care about dying children/abused animals/etc. I'm not saying the people who click like or share are doing something wrong - just that it's a shame that people feel manipulated into sharing or liking these memes.

Oh..I didn't know there was that kind of blackmail! The heck is wrong with people?!? They just blindly accuse people just because of a stupid meme... -_-

Haha - well, I'm older than you, and I've been working quite a while, so I've had chance to build up quite a collection of books. At your age, I had considerably fewer books - less than 50. I would mostly read library books, and books from the school bookshelves, and I would constantly reread the few books I owned!

I think I have easily more than 50. :3 My school library is kind of useless, though. That's 'cause it's only open on the first recess and that's when most students need to eat their breakfast. And next year, my school is only having one recess! >.< Not cool...I need my lunch too! But the main problem is that I usually don't know what to eat and I usually decide by the time it's at the end of recess or during lunch.

Ah, see we didn't have a school library as such. The classrooms had bookshelves full of books and we were free to take books from them, read them and return them, with no real library system. I suppose a library makes more sense, to ensure books get returned, but the bookshelves worked quite well back in the day!

Oh, those. When I was P1, before the school moved to our current school, we also used to have bookshelfs in the classrooms. Unfortunately, some of my classmates are cruel enough to ruin them by putting stickers in them, tearing them, drawing in them and such. Which is exactly why I NEVER donate my books to the class if the teachers asked us to give away some of our books for a month or more.
