Let's Not Talk About My Complicated BFFs Hey everyone.

I keep thinking that T.G and Honeybee should at least apologise or something...but that's not what I want to talk about. I was going to talk about other things.

Well, I haven't run away from my exercise schedule yet. Even though, the push-ups and the Plank are absolute torture. >.< LOL! I'm not entirely sure what's my weight now but I want to move down from 36 kilograms. 36 kilograms means I'm fat, right???!? Lol...

Hmm. Haven't updated on my reading for a while now. And that's mainly because I'm still reading The Clearing by Tim Geautreaux. I have no idea if I spelt that right this time but I think I did.

Guess that's all. ^^"

Well "36kg means fat" would depend on how tall you are, what your build is like, how much muscle you have, etc. But 36kg=79lb, and that sounds right for your age. I'm pretty sure I was around that weight then, and I was always thin. And heck even if it did mean you were a little bit bigger, it's not something to stress about! What's important is health, and self-confidence, not dumb scale numbers! If you're getting all the nutrients your body needs, and getting exercise and such, keeping yourself healthy, that's all that matters.

I'm heavier in you in terms of mass by about, well, 5kg! I think I'm the one who needs more exercise..

That's what I thought at first but then, hey, I play soccer two hours every week and do some push-ups per day and run to catch the bus every weekday(if you call this exercising). C'mon, you're one of the thinnest girls in class so why be thinner?
It's healthy to exercise, but not to lose weight. Exercise is to keep yourself fit. Remember, Trim And Fit!
