 OK. Still no income. Well, I've made $54 on the insurance gig, but that's not much to show for the length of time.
I have broken ties with the insurance co. I really don't have the knack for cold-calling and building a clientele base. I'm just not that pushy, nor am I that forward. I'll need something else.
ENTER: SOMETHING ELSE
I have passed a skill assessment for another position with a company doing something that I actually have a lot of experience with. Short story: 2nd interview is tomorrow. BUT, training doesn't start til October... If they hire me, I'll probably need to find some part time work to keep myself afloat. Not a bad problem to have if I actually get hired. Which, I will. I'm confident about that. It's all about knowing which pond I can swim in, and I know this one.
