but at the same time, the abuse was aired on tv and if they don't do anything that's telling any would-be abusers in IN that they can get away with it as long as no one is brave enough to press charges. It's not unusual to see "state v. defendant" cases.
Also: "In the state of Indiana, engaging in any domestic violence in front of a child under the age of 14 is considered a felony" it's not likely that a child is going to press charges for violence in front of her. =P (said in good humour, no offense, I hope)
The state often picks up the charges if the victim doesn't. Pretty commn practice now days. She should face charges, otherwise she will continue to do it! This girl has major anger issues!
She's said she's standing up for what she believes in, but did she actually say what she believes in? lol I saw that quote from her on Access Hollywood last night and it annoyed me, because she's acting like she's taking a stand on something, but she didn't say what it was!
On a side note, I feel bad for whoever had to sit near her during the VMAs.
