Winter is coming
|
Your title caught my attention because its spring here, we are just getting out of winter! I use to love summer but I'm not a huge fan anymore, its way too hot and way too humid. :/
I hope your stomach pains get better!

Aw honey..I just hate it when people don't have their family to rely on. I am one of those people..just like you. I know how it feels, but I am glad you have others to hold you up when times are hard.

When I die..

And this entry disturbs me. I don't want to think about you dying! Although these are good things for people to know if it ever happens, I do agree with that..are you ok?

Thanks for sharing that link. That robot was pretty cool. I wonder if they will ever have those in classrooms? I guess it's a possibility one day.

ryn: I don't know what my cat was in another life but I wouldn't be surprised if he was a dog in another life, due to him having to eat or trying EVERYTHING I happen to be eating LOL, as you had seen him eating kraft dinner on video.

Just a survey

No, I've never tried rescue remedy. I've never heard of it either. I will have to look for that and maybe give that a try. No meltdowns in 2 days, so I'm hoping that was just a rare occurance because he's not feeling well.

It's good you took the high road. She is the one that will have regrets in the end. Good for you. That is called growing up. You win.

Haha, no problem, I write long rambling entries. I don't expect to hold anyone's attention for too long. Thanks for your comments.

❝I have a friend like that... they have a way of getting under your skin, that is for certain. On one hand you want to be the bigger person and try to put differences aside, but on the other hand you know you have to be the bigger person and protect your own feelings. .❞

Aww, you have been through so much and I am so sorry.
My son hates having anything on his hands. If they get dirty or even sweaty, he balls them up into fists and won't open them. I usually take him to the sink and wash his hands and that makes it all better for him. I do whatever I can to make anything uncomfortable, comfortable for him because I love him beyond words. I would never let anything happen to him and I will never let him go, no matter what happens or what he does.

Ask me questions..

RYC: Yeah I've heard about breakthroughs too - I just completed a medical degree (which means I'm technically a doctor now!) and in my studies I learned that the syndrome could be caused by a reaction to the initial virus - the body fights it off and it goes away, but then the body gets confused and continues attacking cells that it thinks are the virus, but are actually just harmless cells in your body - like an autoimmune condition. Interesting stuff, and definitely lends itself to potential treatments.

Hi I am Piney
|

Welcome back to Bloop
I work with a friend who has fibromyalgia (and/or myalgic encephalitis and/or chronic fatigue) - she developed it after having glandular fever a few years ago. I've seen the effect it has on her and I wish so strongly that there was something out there that could help manage it better than what the current options do. I hope you find the strength to get through the day to day stuff... and I hope Bloop helps somewhat in that respect

RYC: It's not too personal a question at all! If I'm going to publicly write about it on my online diary, I ought to be willing to talk about it.
I got my breast reduction surgery because my breasts and their size were interfering with my quality of life. I had a hard time finding bras and shirts and dresses that fit, I had back problems, bad posture, low confidence (I am very overweight in addition to having had enormous breasts); it hurt to exercise, I got teased about my breasts.... I hated the way I looked and felt about myself. I am not a proponent of plastic surgery, but I didn't do it purely for vanity reasons; I did it for my overall well being. I went from a 42DD to a 36C. With any luck, after my recovery I will be able to exercise more easily and will lose weight and be the size I want to be.
Feel free to ask any other questions if you want.

A baby's first steps are precious. How sweet that you got to experience that.
A picnic sounds wonderful.

Yes, I thought about soccer socks or something like that. I need to get to a sporting goods store but I didn't think they would have them in toddler size. I'm not sure but it wouldn't hurt to look. Thanks for the tips, all are appreciated!!
