Manda has Cradle cap too. I've been putting baby oil on it and massaging it a little and letting it soak in before her bath. Then washing it out and combing her head afterwards. Also, if you want; put it in and leave it in overnight. It should soak in and be easier to bush out. Good luck! I hope this helps.
