The dress on Jessica is an absolute miss. Its doing some very very weird things to her chest area. They look like old lady boobs with that dress. The shoes are adorable. Ashlee looks cute.
Kudos for Taylor trying a new mature look. She definitely looks older, and in a good way. The dress is cute, but its missing some beading (I think) and that takes away from how uniform it could look. Shoes are adorable, hair is classy, and makeup is not too much.
What the hell? If I were Gaga, I'd flatten that bitch, since how she's been seemingly riding Gaga's coattails since arriving on the music scene.
The dress is hideous, the makeup is appalling, and the hair isn't bad, but its not great. It would have been cuter last year. The eyebrows? Oh my god. The eyebrows. She didn't even have enough balls to put whatever the hell those things are on her actual eyebrow, which I would have given her points for, for going all out. It just looks like she had a crafts accident with her glue gun.
Some part of me wants to absolutely love this dress. And I do, but she has to remember that in a dress like this, certain shadows are going to make you look like you have cellulite on your ass. Not good. Perhaps, have the bottom part have another sheer layer?
Also, I would have gone with a brown color for the hair. It seems like a little too much red.
Oh god THIS dress... I remember hearing about this dress. That train is just absolutely awful. Period. If she would have lopped off the train, and even left the bow, it would have saved this dress, but unfortunately, you can't save a train wreck. (No pun intended, honest.)
Why is she even still famous? Who did she have to screw to get an invite to this? And further more, why is her hair and outfit trying to be perpetually sixteen? I guess these questions will never be answered.

As far as Mandy Moore, the dress would look cute if it was A. A dress with straps, or B. A sweetheart style dress. It's trying to be two dresses and it looks like that both sides are in a fight to the death.
