I Personal-Record'd today with front-squats. I'm sure there will be a picture of me kicking ass--- but basically, you take a bar with weights on it---and squat and get back up. (the getting back up is the hard part)
I did 150 lbs. which is ALMOST my body weight.
I feel like a beast. I probably looked like it too

afterwards we did a "BONUS WOD" of a tabata-like exercise:
7 minutes of as many reps as you can:
20 kettle-bell swings (american) (30lbs)
10 ring-rows
I did 140 reps total. *WOOT!!!!!*
