1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 front squats

I Personal-Record'd today with front-squats. I'm sure there will be a picture of me kicking ass--- but basically, you take a bar with weights on it---and squat and get back up. (the getting back up is the hard part)

I did 150 lbs. which is ALMOST my body weight.


I feel like a beast. I probably looked like it too

afterwards we did a "BONUS WOD" of a tabata-like exercise:

7 minutes of as many reps as you can:
20 kettle-bell swings (american) (30lbs)
10 ring-rows

I did 140 reps total. *WOOT!!!!!*

Brian showed me that he could still do some but he said theyre really hard for him because he's so big..but I couldnt even get him to hold me up, I was so weak!

so i tried to do this today. My problem is that i don't like being upside down. I can do it with my legs up on a really really high box (50" i think?)

I don't think i have the upper-body strength to do it, though
