I did 150 wallball on Friday. Saturday I was ok... sore, but the good kind. Sunday I could barely walk. last night I was in AGONY. today, I'm limping like my hips don't work. moral of the story: If a WOD looks easy, it's really a killer.

wow... sounds... painfull... cannot do that yet (wrist) maybe i will try that later
