150 wall ball

I did 150 wallball on Friday.

Saturday I was ok... sore, but the good kind.

Sunday I could barely walk.

last night I was in AGONY.

today, I'm limping like my hips don't work.





moral of the story: If a WOD looks easy, it's really a killer.

Basically, you squat next to a wall with a weighted medicine ball. then you throw the ball up over a line (9 feet up?) and catch it-- go back into a squat.

rinse and repeat.
