a few things:
1) this is 2 feet (!!!!) off the ground that I can clear just by jumping!
2) 2 people stopped me and told me that they've noticed I've lost weight. it's nice to hear sometimes.
3) I feel like working out is the only thing that gives me that "I have accomplished something" feeling lately. Work sucks, life in general has become a disappointment to myself--- but doing these stupid exercises and what-not make me feel better. Like I'm giving myself a gold-star everyday AND benefiting my life in that healthy way or something.
