Wednesday's WOD:
backpack- check!
26lb kettlebell - check!
lots of towels and pillows around kettlebell (so it doesn't bruise my back) - CHECK!
put all together and run a 5K.
I plan on doing this once a week, increasing the weight each week. I should probably get a pet-scale or something. (or maybe I can just go to the supermarket and weigh a bunch of produce and then go running?)

In order to pass the Military Physical Test, a female (of my age) needs to do the following:
17-50 (military, probably) pushups
45-82 situps. (HA! I did 150 last week)
run 2 miles in under 20:06min.
between 125-168lbs.
34% or less body fat.
I don't remember how to calculate my bodyfat, but I have a good goal now for non-workout-days! |
