There were also thrusters in this workout (lifting a bar from the ground to your chest*). Somewhere during this workout I slammed the bar on both of my knees-- so now i have matching bruises that make it look like i spend a lot of time on my knees "working out".

*so- when you have a bar on your chest (collar-bone) it's called "racking the bar". I don't know if that's where the "she has a nice rack" came from-- but i found it interesting.
