15 minutes: as many rounds as you can of:
5 pull-ups
10 pushups
15 squats.

Last year sometime (when I was visiting my folks before my contract ended... so-- maybe 15 months ago?--- I went to my dad's gym. We did this WOD. I not only threw up twice, but I was huddled around the toilet after the 15 minutes unable to move, shaking so violently.
I had only completed 2 rounds.
Today I not only finished the whole 15 minutes, without throwing up, but also finished 9.5 rounds.
fuck. yes.
