I'm depressed. The weather in seattle does this to me.
As a result, I'm sitting in front of my sun-lamp for an extra 10 minutes a day, listening to dance music from the 60s (twist and shout!), looking at more puppy pics (below) and working out about 4-5x a week.
(phew!)
I'm going on a few trips in the next week. Vegas and maybe LA. I already contacted the Vegas crossfit gym and asked them if I can drop in. (for 22$ I get a shirt and as many classes as I want!) BONUS!
Then I started thinking to myself:
"Self- I should take my crossfit shirt around the world with me and try to visit as many crossfit gyms as possible! Have them sign the shirt and take a pic. Post the pic and start a blog or something."
"GREAT IDEA, SELF!"
So this is my new plan I'll probably do a WOD pic of the week or something and post it on my blog. I'm most interested in the different types of exercises they have us do in various parts of the world. In Africa, do they have you tackle an elephant? Do you have to haul a chimpanzee from point A to point B (as opposed to sand bags)?
Probably not, but the thought of that excites me.
