Yesterday's WOD was "helen"
it is the following:
3 rounds of:
run 400 meters
21 kettle-bell swings (X weight)
12 pull ups

Back during my basics-- this was on "day 3". My time was 19:48 and I lifted a 15lb KB and did really-high jumping pull-ups. (on a 26" box)
Yesterday I knocked about 6 minutes off that. (13:55)!
I also swung a 25lb KB and took 6 inches off my box. (so I'm working harder to get a body-weight pullup... I -THINK- I'm about 3 weeks away from getting it.)

I'm also down to 184.2lbs--- which isn't bad since I've been cheating off my diet like a crazy mofo. (pizza/beer on saturday. Sandwich/beer yesterday.) But I feel like I'm losing inches, even if the scale doesn't budge-- so I'm ok with that. |
