I did birkim hot yoga today. I sweated my ovaries off--- then I threw up.
I thought I was in shape.......... Whatever. I'll do another class (pace myself this time!).
In the meantime, I turn 30 this Friday. I'm going to NYC and plan on tackling 2 things that were on my "30 before 30" list:
1) run a marathon
2) cross every manhattan bridge.
