while this wasn't enough---- I decided to do ANOTHER workout (while other's were finishing), so I tied a band around my ankles and "monster walked" across the gym (KILLER on your hips) and I wanted to practice my pullups with a band to build up my calluses.
THEN! Kelsey was all "hey! wanna do another?"
And I had only thrown up twice, so I said "SURE! WHY NOT!??"
30 26" boxjumps
20 deadlift (135)
30 toes to bar (knees to elbows for me--- my hands started to tear/peel at this point)
20 dumb-bell push-press (lifting dumb-bells above your head). 25lbs
30 situps
20 calorie row
30 goblet squats (with 35lb kettle bell)
20 burpees.

Minus the fact that I can't do ANYTHING with my hands (literally--- I have so many blisters/blood blisters it hurts to do everything with them) I feel great! |
