Last night we benched (god. i sound like a fucking meat head when I say that) and rowed.
the row was the killer.
"row 250m as fast as you can"
my best time was 48.3 seconds.
Seriously? after every time I rowed my insides hurt. This is kinda new.... I'm used to my stomach hurting (throwing up, whatever)---but my bowels/intestines?
I went to the bathroom 3x during the workout.
then i made myself feel better by drinking a shit-ton of coconut water, iced tea and then eating steak and frozen yogurt
take that!
I go to LA in a week... I decided that my bikini sucks, but I'm too cheap to buy a new one right now. oh well. |
