Some have asked about paleo in the past--- I thought I would post a good workout/diet challenge that my gym is doing:

I'm not participating (even though being put into the bod-pod sounds awesome) but for anyone who is wanting to lose the weight (semi-quickly) and be more healthy, I urge you to at least try this
