sigh.

so i gained 3 lbs this weekend. I shouldn't be down on myself-- but i was losing so well-- i thought i could be less aggressive with my diet.

but alas.

so now I'm back on full-paleo (plus dairy) until i get to my desired weight. (I have 8lbs to go!)

I started watching a documentary called "fat, sick and dying". It's actually kinda interesting. it's about this guy who is stupidly unhealthy (has an immune-deficiency issue or something) and instead of getting hookworm, he decided to only drink his meals. (only frutis/veggies).

so he bought a juicer and drinks all his meals. (4 meals a day for 60 days).

he drops weight and his symptoms start to go away. (this is when i fell asleep). the whole thing made me want to buy a juicer, though

Juice? are you fucking kidding me? Just stick to a healthy diet and you'll continue to lose weight, dude. You look amazing, btw. The 3 lbs are probably due to the whole chinese noodles wrapped in tortillas thing you did this weekend, but you don't eat like that every day.
