sore sore sore sore sore!

I did power-snatches yesterday. I probably wrote about it, I can't remember.

what i didn't write about is the fact that I feel like I got hit by a fucking truck today. I woke up to hit my alarm clock and couldn't bend.

everything hurts.

  • abs,
  • ribs
  • shoulders
  • neck/shoulder-muscles
  • ass
  • quads (like i did a shit-ton of lunges)
  • heels of my feet
  • hands (the paddy-parts)
  • around the band of my bra
  • boobs (pecs)

    I think it would be easier to say where I'm NOT sore:
  • back
  • nose
  • left eyebrow.


    that's about it.
