I haven't worked out properly in like 2 weeks! I was getting really depressive lately and decided to go for a run. BEST IDEA EVER. I guess it's true what they say about the endorphins or whatever.
Anyway- I'm still bruised to shit from that run 2 weeks ago---and yet this weekend i'm doing another mud-run (winterpineappleclassic.org). This one is kinda cool because you have to work as a team (so I got paired up with other team-mates). It seems like a good time/place to meet friends anyway.
