Not today! But in the past, yes. I work on the computer all day so I sit here for 8.5hrs/day. I get up and walk around all the time though.

Not usually.

Mostly stayed the same. I am one of those big gainers/losers PER day. I start the day at 143lbs, end the day at 139lbs, start the next day at 140lbs, end the day at 144lbs. It's really weird.
