A New Plan
I went to the doctor today and heard the same news I've been hearing. Negative test, no surprise. He also told me I have PCOS, blah.
So the doctor said that he's going to start me on different meds and has high hopes that this will be the course that will work for me. So instead of the Clomid that I've been taking (pills) I have to start taking an injectable med when I get my next period. They showed me how to do it today, it's one of those pen injectables and I have to shoot it into my stomach. Who would've thought it'd be this much trouble to get pregnant lol?
Other than that, it's been a regular day. Pretty cold outside, and rainy. I'm starting a blanket for my cousin's wife, who's having a baby in Jan. Her baby shower is in about 2 weeks and I won't be able to go because I have to work. I'm so happy for them! My cousin and I are the same age, we grew up together, graduated from the same HS and all that. So to see him married and starting a family just makes me so happy. And they're having a girl, which is great in their family because all the other grandkids are boys lol. So I'm sure she'll be spoiled like crazy!
