I recorded this TV show "The Sing-Off" on my DVR a few weeks and forgot to watch it. All I knew about was that it's a singing competition without instruments hosted by Nick Lachey. Okay, I can't believe I am admitting this here. I used to listen to 98 Degrees. It was probably the only boy band I liked.
Anyway, I forgot all about this "Sing-off" show on my DVR. I was just watching it now and the judges were a dude from Boys-II-Men (I loved listening to them back in my high school and college days), Ben-Folds (I loved one of their songs back in my college days), and this gorgeous singer who I didn't know until I googled her. Her name is Nicole Scherzinger and was part of a girl group called "The Pussycat Dolls".
This girl at the college looks partly like Thandie Newton and partly like Nicole Scherzinger, but she talks completely like Nicole Scherzinger on this "Sing-off" show.
I looked up some music videos of Nicole Scherzinger, and I found this one which, drove me crazy. Totally reminds me of that girl in the college who I really want to see again.
I am sorry God. I know I shouldn't be watching such a sexy music video. I don't know if it's Nicole Scherzinger or the memory of that girl that's driving me so crazy.
I'm not sorry about finding a woman sexy, but I am sorry that I've let it consume me more than I should. I watched that video over and over again before posting this entry. That's like almost obsessive. That's partly why it's not good to be watching a lot of the sexy stuff in the media.
