I am in the best mood ever! The last few days have been amazing! =D
Wednesday I got to spend with my sister and her husband. Which was fun, I haven’t had a chance to just hang out with them in a while. We didn’t do anything crazy, just a little shopping, made dinner together, watched tv. That sort of thing, but it was nice.
Thursday I got an email from Travis which was super exciting because we hadn’t heard from him in 3 weeks! It was just a quick little email, but that’s ok, it was enough! I ended up not having to work, so I went out to the bar with a friend I don’t get to hang out with often. I got to meet the guy she’s dating. He’s a lot older which I don’t know how well that relationship will work, only because they’re at such different points in their lives, and want different things out of life. But after I left the bar there, I went to a friend’s house where things just got crazy! Long, fun, CRAZY night! I didn’t get home until 8am!!! I don’t even know how to explain everything we did!
Saturday I got a LETTER from Travis. It was long, telling me all kinds of stuff that he’s been up to, and telling me how much he loved me and missed me, and couldn’t wait to see me again! =D. After work I met up with my sister and her friends at the bar for her bachelorette party! They were all drunk by the time I got there, but they were HILLARIOUS! One did NOT want to get in the car to go back to the hotel! We literally had to SHOVE her into the car! She met a guy at the bar, and he kept trying to get into the car and come with us! We ended up staying up all night again! We ordered pizza at the hotel and just stayed up all night being goofy and jumping on the bed! A couple of the girls showed off their pole dancing skills because they started the bachelorette party by taking a pole dancing class (I didn’t join in on that because I just didn’t want to see my sister on a pole!!!)
Sunday I spent all day hanging out at Travis’s mom’s house! It was a lot more fun than I expected! His mom invited me over to meet Justin’s new baby (Travis’s new nephew). His other nephew just turned 2, and then his brothers are 7 and 17. His brothers and the 2 year old and I spent all day out back on the slide/junglegym! The 7 year old is just adorable! He’s very huggy, so he’s ALWAYS hugging me, or sitting on my lap! I took a few pics of us all hanging out on my phone, and emailed them to Travis so next time he gets online he can see some of the fun we had! After that we had an employee movie night of Up, which wasn’t as good as I hoped it would be, but it was still fun. One of the girls from the bachelorette party was there, so I got to tease her about some of the drunk things she did!
Today I basically just cleaned the apartment, worked and went for a loooong run (which I’m proud how far I was able to go!)… Maybe its cause I just finished my run and I’m all hyper, but I’m just in the best mood, and it got me thinking about what a great last few days its been! I hope the good days just keep coming! =D
