Stats

Weight: 233.8
Exercise: Nothing. I might actually not do anything today. Maybe one of those 15 minute things in a mag. My legs are really sore from yesterday, so I think I'm going to keep it light.
Food:
Breakfast- Hard boiled egg, cup of yogurt (key lime pie. YUM!), and about a handful of grapes
Lunch- Planning on: Some broccoli, mushrooms, chicken, and cheese (I need to get rid of it, so you will be seeing lots of mushrooms and broccoli for the next couple of days.
Snack Planning on: Have no clue. Maybe a v-8 juice and some celery sticks (which I need to get rid of as well.)
Dinner- Planning on: Depends on what we are having. Probably something not so healthy, so I will resort to a pre-made salad that I bought or soup, or a sandwich. Or maybe soup and a sandwich. I have no clue! LOL
Aunt Flow is a huge bitch.


It was, indeed, my period that was causing the cravings. I started today, which is a relief on my mind cause I thought it was the cheat day that had started the circle back up again (well one of the many ideas that I had.) I got on the scale today and the little guy told me that I had lost a little over a pound. I did a dance of delight and stuffed the thing back under my bed. Haha. I had told myself that I wasn't going to weigh myself anymore this week, especially after the semi-disappointing results as of late, but it's becoming more of a habit than anything. I suppose if that's the worst habit I have, than I'm not doing so shabby. ;D

In other not diet news, I had a fight with my printer today. I needed documents for my Logic class off the computer, and my printer did not want to oblige. After about ten minutes of yelling at an inanimate object and demanding why it wouldn't print, I realized, that it might be unplugged from the computer. My family has this habit of installing new stuff onto the family laptop and then plugging things in without telling anyone else. I looked, and sure enough, there was a new device where the printer plug should be. I rolled my eyes, a little embarrassed, but glad that I had found the reason.

My dog Ryker LOOOOVES the snow. Haha. I'll have to post photos of him playing later today. He is so cute. He eats it and rolls around and just has the best time in it. I went out and played with him the other day. I took a big snow ball and tossed it around with him. He was not obliging me by bringing it back though. I think it was too cold to keep in his mouth!

What else is going on...

I haven't watched the new episode of Heavy yet. Has anyone else started watching the show?

I'm listening to meditation music right now. If you actually LISTEN to it, its not quite so interesting (in my opinion) however, if you let it be background music (which is what I'm doing right now) it's actually really good and helps time go by faster.

I'm the same way with sleep, usually. I fall asleep around 5/6 am and wake up around noon.
I seem to only be able to keep a normal sleep schedule at really random times, and it never lasts very long. [This seems to be a miracle streak -although it seems to be going back to being erratic now-]
