Weight: 235. I feel like the girl on willy wonka who turned into a blueberry.
Exercise: Group Power (Weight class) 60min, 30 min on treadmill.
Food:
Breakfast- 1 hardboiled egg, two mini bagels w/ cream cheese
Lunch- broccoli, chicken, a little cheese, mushrooms
Snack Dunno. Maybe yogurt, if I don't eat up the whole house in the mean time
Dinner- Vegetarian chili a friend made that I will have after class.
