Stats

Weight: 235. I feel like the girl on willy wonka who turned into a blueberry.
Exercise: Group Power (Weight class) 60min, 30 min on treadmill.
Food:
Breakfast- 1 hardboiled egg, two mini bagels w/ cream cheese
Lunch- broccoli, chicken, a little cheese, mushrooms
Snack Dunno. Maybe yogurt, if I don't eat up the whole house in the mean time
Dinner- Vegetarian chili a friend made that I will have after class.
Fact: I am a huge pussy.


Sorry I haven't updated in a minute. Haven't really felt like writing anything. My weight seems to keep wanting to climb, and my cravings are coming back hard core, which I'm thinking may just be my period (fingers crossed). I also think its probably muscle building from the elliptical, but can muscle gain on your body as fast as fat can? Maybe since I can gain fat fast I can also gain muscle fast too? Dunno. Just a thought. :)

Cheat day was yesterday. I had a mini bag of cookies (like the single serving kind) I also had a Penn Station club sandwich for lunch because my friend started working there and I wanted to say hi. (Wasn't worth the cheat though. It was alright, but it wasn't all out orgasmic or anything.) I also had Kraft mac and cheese for dinner (oh my god. SO worth the cheat.) I think I'm going to give myself one good cheat day a week.

Anyway, about my cravings. They're getting harder to control as of late. I know I'm full, but I have this need to eat. Its crazy. It's probably still because I'm only a couple of weeks into the diet still. Hopefully, this shit will reside as time past, but something keeps telling me its something I'm going to have to keep an eye on. It's just hard. I know there are a lot worse things that could be happening to me, but this part just sucks. I thought working out would be the worst part, but I'm actually beginning to enjoy that part. Makes me feel like I'm doing something with my time, and gives me goals and whatnot. These cravings have got to go. If anyone has any suggestions, I will be more than happy to hear them.

I tried a new class at my gym today called Group Power, and it's this great class where, mostly women, of all ages come and weight train. It's got music and an energetic instructor who works you out. We did lots of squats and curls and general weight work. It was kind of refreshing. The ladies there seem really nice, and helped me out so that I wouldn't kill myself trying to lift the bar over my head. Haha. I was doing weights with three pounds, when it occurred to me: I am a huge pussy. LOL. There were women twice my age, lifting way more than me. I was having trouble with the small weights. I was really impressed with them. I hope that I'm still able to lift that much when I'm their age.

I think I'm going to save up and get the dance games for Wii. They seem like a lot of fun and may actually be a good workout. Has anyone tried them?
