I need to stop drinking so much.
I know New Years has been a while, however, I think I can squeeze in one more New Years resolution.
I am going to stop drinking so much. I can't keep carrying on like I'm a 21 year old kid. Okay, so I'm only 23, but that's not really an excuse. The rules? Yes, I can have a drink, but just one. Drinking is entirely too expensive, and full of sugar anyway. :)
I had a look back on past entries and I know now why I didn't stay on track with the last ones. I don't know if it was that I didn't put everything down, or what, but I was basically starving myself. And of course, the end result was gorging myself because i was ravenous. Now, that I'm reading and learning what's good for the body, what's not, what the body needs and so forth, now I can honestly say, however cheesy, knowledge is power. Eating healthy is powerful to me.
