things i hate (physically) about myself

So I've been making a lot of progress. I'm happy about this. My list of "things i hate about myself physically" has gone down. (yay!)

  • my muffin-top on my jeans
    I don't have this anymore.

  • my thighs (specifically my knees- and how they look in general)
    Actually-- I'm ok with my legs/knees now. Remember Casey? Man-- she had AMAZING legs. I was (still am) always envious of her legs. I don't have those---but I don't mind wearing shorts now. (yay!)

  • fat rolls when I twist my torso
    so-- you'd never see this unless i was naked/wearing a bikini--- but when I twisted my torso 90 degrees (feet facing front and turn my body to the left) I would get this fat-roll. I still have it, but it's getting better.

  • fat roll when I bend side to side
    (still have this)

  • scars on my inner-thighs.
    (still have this---- don't know how to get rid of it, unless I have surgery since the things that make the scars are a disease of some sort that only 1/1000 people get. (YAY! I'M SPECIAL!))

  • acne on my butt.
    yea. i said it. I have an ugly butt. I'm sure a lot of people do-- but I want a fucking porn-star's ass. Physically- it's super strong/muscular (unlike jenna jamesons!) but it doesn't look good.

  • smaller sized feet!
    a few ladies that got lap-band lost a shoe-size. I DESPERATELY would love to have smaller feet (I wear a size 42... 9.5 in mens, 11.5 in womens)--but I don't think it's going to happen

  • have the endurance to be able to move in 1 afternoon.
    I haven't had to move (yet) so I don't know what this will be. but I'm sure I'll be able to pack/move in less than 24 hours. (48 is my current record).

    Doesn't everyone have rolls when they twist? I mean, isn't that just how the body works?!

    RE buttcne: Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Acne Clear Body Wash (with the scrubbing bubbles). Use only 3x per week - anything more than that and you'll aggrivate it more.

    Scars = try mederma! I've heard it works wonders, but it's like $40 a tube so I'm too cheap to try it until I'm confident enough to show my scary ass stomach again.

    so.. I'm curious.. how is the paleo diet going for you? I've seen that you lost a lot of weight (congrats!) but I'm curious about energy levels and ease. I've been seriously thinking of doing this and am curious about how its working for you.

    Is this something you're going to do long term?

    Ohh No I haven't heard of those, but I have most the ingredients..it looks good! I have to somehow find the dates though..I have plenty of coaca powder though.
    Psh yea right, Brian isn't on it. He'll eat some steaks or some chicken or veggies but then it always has pasta or rice or cereal or..yea because apparently it doesn't fill him up. He doesn't really exercise either and still stays and looks as fit as when he played football in HS..I told him that its gonna catch up with him when he's older if he doesn't stop!
