This weekend was a toss up between being totally lazy and being totally good to myself.
First--- I walked EVERYWHERE this weekend. I didn't drive at all on saturday (since the storm was hitting) and so I started drinking at 2pm and walked to my friend Suzanne's house and proceeded to drink more.
(somehow, this is part of my normal diet now).
I did eat pretty well.... if you count fruit as healthy/well.
I also ate tuna-fish salad.
Then I walked to Christina's house (2 miles or so) and hung out with her. I got drenched, but nothing super bad. (stupid hurricane being a huge disappointment.)
After that, I walked home in the eye of the storm. Sunday morning I woke up and my quads were burning.
I got some cardio in yesterday which was nice.
This morning I weighed myself at 171. The lightest I've been in almost a decade. woot. 6 lbs to go until I'm "normal" weight instead of "overweight". (according to the health admin). |
