weight + paleo update + rock climbing

I went rock-climbing yesterday. It was 10$, so I didn't feel bad about spending the money.

Today-- I hurt like a mofo. My hands are all cut up and my muscles hurt something fierce.

I weighed myself last night and I'm still going down (even after last weekend's craziness of cheating). so yay?



I found this awesome site called "fitocracy". It's a way to track your workouts and what-not and it gives you points/achievements based on them! I like achievements and levels and all that-- so I'm glad that I have something like this in my life right now.
