This is my workout diary.
I do crossfit.
I eat Paleo.
I surprise myself physically everyday.
A year ago I didn't do these things.
I'm down almost 50lbs.
I'll be posting some easy workouts as well as the stupid-hard-core ones that I do.
This is my place to brag (hey, being honest!) but it's also a place that I will gladly answer any questions about getting in shape/fit.
I should note that I never EVER EVER was on of "those people" who liked working out. But I am now. (yay cult!)
